In the 198os my grandparents ordered an Oldsmobile under that guise. They wanted a Brougham in black, white roof, red leather with A/C Delete, AM Radio, and Posi. It had to be pushed through because it was not RPO. They got it in the end. But took a lot of pushing by the dealer to get it.
