And that’s exactly why I love the Corvette, it’s the supercar for the working class. A car shouldn’t be about how it makes you look to other people, it’s about how it makes you feel when you look at it.

I know it’s a Fiat engine, but is it built/put together by Mazda?

My cop friend has been a car guy as far back as I can remember, just bought his dream first gen NSX.

It almost sounded like it yelled and angry “what?!” when it started.

I almost bought a MKIV R32 just for that sound, also it’s a really nice car with subdued design inside and out.

The blow-off from those downshifts sounds like a whip snapping! This sounds incredible.

This was my cousin’s first car, I remember it being pretty comfortable and I definitely remember the lightest steering wheel I’ve ever driven, you could drive the thing with one finger.

“It’s downright dangerous: I almost rammed it into a crowd of people just from the rage it caused me.” This is one of those rare occasional where I actually laughed out loud.

Now playing

Not as practical, but way more ridiculous.

A couple years of luxury brand depreciation and I think I can make a case for this to be our family car. Hopefully reliability won’t be Land Rover bad.

That is one angry looking car. It’s a bit much but I still like it overall. Those wheels are very unique.

I don’t mind the wing on the coupe but I would delete it in a heartbeat on the convertible.

I love rooting for the little guys. Subaru learned years ago that they couldn’t compete head on with the Toyotas of the world, so they carved up their own niche market. Mazda did the same with their “zoom-zoom” ethos. And my dealership tells me that Mazda is trying to be a bit more upscale, not full on luxury, but a

I’m too old for for the “look-at-me” designs of the WRX, Focus RS, and the like; but I’m too poor for anything from BMW or Audi that’s worth owning. The GTI is a perfect, subtle sports car; but VW’s reliability and cost of repairs drove me away.

The Corvette did it for me too. I was about 8 or 9, I didn’t know much about cars, so I didn’t know that the Chicago Auto Show was a thing. My cousin went with his family and he grabbed a C5 poster for me, no reason other than they were handing them out. That was the first poster that led to my entire room being

Loving those wheels. Great looking car overall, always a fan of subtlety.

After every movie, I would wait until everyone left before I would even turn my car on. Two reasons, I didn’t want to get hit, and I loved watching the idiots do their thing. I’ve seen Grand Caravans and Azteks high rev in an attempt to peel out and drift. Bes and worst part of any F&F movie.

That really through me for a loop when I found out Consumer Reports ropes in infotainment (reliability and ease of use) with general reliability.

I just can’t get over how the new Cherokee’s look in the front, it’s like something Christopher Nolan’s Bane would design. Now the old XJ...that’s a looker, always had a soft spot for the boxy body.

I liked LeBlanc when he was a guest on TG, he was earnest and genuinely came-off as a car guy.
