Apparently, there are scores of people who both leave their children unattended in retail establishments and think there is something wrong with the poor souls who work there informing them that they can’t do that. *Negligence. Plain and simple. I’m not aware of any state that doesn’t allow a civil cause of action to recover damages arising out of a claim for negligence. (There may be one, but I’m not aware of it.)
