The big difference, and what I ultimately find the most frustrating, is that Underlords (and I assume the other auto chess games) gives everybody the same pool of units. All you really do by trying to do wacky things like Arc Warden spam, or trying to do Scrappy goblins, or basically anything that isn’t one of the 2-3

Look, I don’t know why you’re being antagonistic towards me and trying to point out things you think I don’t know about my own fucking parents, but that’s fine.

I think there’s some nuance to it, or else people like my parents, who actually do lean a bit that way but largely fall into the “fiscal conservative/don’t tax me at all” group would also turn into raging lunatics.

There’s the underlying racism that a lot of older white people have, that doesn’t usually get said out loud and manifests in smaller, minor things. It’s obviously not good and it’s still racism, but it’s a far cry from what Fox News poisons people to start saying.

I know I’m way over-generalizing here, but for affluent white kids, I think baseball is the default choice over basketball for sure. Basketball has some pretty obvious physical limitations that money can’t (yet) overcome, whereas you can pay the best trainers/coaches in the business to make your kid better at

but there really aren’t a ton of American black kids who grow up choosing baseball over the other sports. And that’s probably a bit of a problem long term.

Why hasn’t this series advanced, and in some cases, why has it gone backwards?

That’s why going in it seems reasonable to just consider that the game does have a cost and just go ahead and pay $20 so that you aren’t stuck with one of the default frames for a long time.

20 hours isn’t that much for Warframe, and at 20 hours you don’t even really have a reason to get a new frame yet.

So you haven’t played the game, then.  Or, you are incapable of waiting a couple days.

Yeah, there’s definitely a middle ground between older Magic art and new... I’d like it to be there. Quality in the early days varied a lot, whereas now it’s pretty consistent.

I think it’s a combination of two things for Magic art.

I always use Soulslike when talking about games similar to Dark Souls.

You’re right, how you choose to be entertained is up to you, but your reasoning is stupid. It’s funny you invoke the MAGA chud argument, when your entire initial post is the same kind of thing that the MAGA chuds say.

Brie Larson attacked me directly as a 40 year old white male and told me she doesn’t want me to watch her movie, she doesn’t care about my opinion and acted in the same kind of behavior I associate with Donald Trump.

My main issues with Epic are just that the store/launcher itself sucks, and buying exclusivity puts a very bad taste in my mouth.  I would rather see them use those truckloads of money they are backing up to developers to make a better product instead.

My favorite was the horses spontaneously catching on fire while riding around on that one road in Lemoyne.

I have no idea how the system works for choosing fights, i’ve lost rounds before because its made me fight the same person repeatedly and i’m sure others have lost to me for the same reason. I expected it to be a round robin but it just isn’t lol.

I reliably place in the top 3, but what always seems to happen is that I haven’t even fought one of the other players in top 3, and they inevitably have some kind of counter to my strategy. I had a game once where I was in the 70's in health, on top of the lobby, but hadn’t played one of the other guys in the top 3

Yeah, being alerted of that was a pretty big eye-opener for me as well, and it suddenly made sense why certain heroes that everybody seemed to have were really hard for me to find.
