This is a great story, for two reasons.

Even if Nintendo likes what he’s doing, they have to go after him in order to protect their intellectual property. If they don’t, it opens the door to others. However, Nintendo can always sue the guy, then seek damages of $10. They could also buy his work. Basically there are lots of options.

The more I listen to Yang the more I like him. On a lot of the economic and environmental issues I think he’s right or very close to right. My only fear if he got the nomination(he’s not getting it) would be that the average American is too stupid to understand what he’s telling them. 

Potential “white thing to say” and this might be ignorant, but if people think you sing soul so well they think you’re black, wouldn’t that be a good thing? Wouldn’t you be proud of that?
