The thing that’s truly infuriating, is that their “base” is so incredibly fucking stupid that they have no idea who badly they are getting snowed. AND THEY ARE HAPPY ABOUT IT. Every time I talk to one of them, even my own mother, I’m ASTOUNDED at the level of stupidity. 

Funny thing is that Cooper has that pedigree in spades, but you’d never know it by how he acts. Unlike the Trumps, who have no pedigree but think they do.

I’m a relative beginner to weight lifting, and I’ve learned this works best for me too. I start my first set with something “light” and do 20 reps to warm up the muscles/joints. 2nd set is something heavier, but I can still get 12-15 reps.
