The Double Bubble is still alive. The bar that time forgot. You may still be able to smoke there if so inclined.

McCartney readily admits he was stealing from Little Richard.
But she’s steering the narrative away from a safety concern to a targeted attack by a Hasidic man - see the follow on tweets. She’s right to be shaken, but to make an accusation like this is a stretch considering the safety record of that location. Just as likely it was a bad driver in an unsafe intersection. Who…
Nope. You every stop at Frank’s Karma Cafe (sadly closed now), Strawberry Moon? Slyce? Whisk Bakery? It’s not all Arctic Cat and Ski-Doo.
You mean Wakanda is way too black to be the real Wauconda. (remember which is real and which is fiction)
This is actually a suburb of Chicago. Not a sleepy little country village. On the outer edge? Yes, but still very much within the major metropolitan landscape.
Don’t forget Blues Brothers. Filmed right in Wauconda itself.
Got to the 1:34 mark. Classic Wauconda.
Ummm....Anyone remember Phil’s Beach? Blues Brothers?
There is no IMAX anywhere near Wauconda. If you bought a ticket to Lincolnshire, you’re actually an even more white area.
Yes and no. I live there (in the school district anyway), but I’m not from there - there’s a lot of people that have moved from other areas around the city and the mix is changing quite a bit. The old line Wauconda isn’t quite as dominant as it once was. Now if you go west to McHenry...oh boy, different story.
Aviation. That’s the gin pilots prefer before they fly.
Who is pissed? Everything I’ve seen is very positive about this movie.
I’m thinking Fox Lake.
Don’t kid yourself. The Chads and Trixies in Lincoln Park. and the bearded hipsters in Wicker park are just as bad. This city is the most segregated in America for a reason and it has nothing to do with the suburbanites.
Never. Bulls will never be above the Cubs, never have been. Even in the MJ era. Bears / Cubs then the rest.
Nah. They would’t be so explicit. Has to be form a more mid-market set.
No. Mt. Prospect.
Who assumes that? Chicago and Detroit are the two most segregated cities in America. Been like this forever.
It’s not surprising if you know anything about Chicago.
