Do you think it is appropriate to belittle a person that is mentally stunted?

If that person were mentally stunted, is it appropriate to shame him and ridicule him?

If someone actually were mentally defective, do you think they should be shunned and belittled?

That’s a whole lot of words to say, “I’m an alcoholic in denial”.
