I disagree, people and tabloids would lose interest in them after awhile if they weren’t part of the royal family and they didn’t seek out the public eye. Both the average person and media has a short attention span, people are forgotten quickly these days...on to the next.

Abdicate or renounce titles, call it whatever you want then. My point still stands, if they were to remove the one thing about them that makes people interested, they would fairly quickly fade into obscurity imo. 

I think it’s only a King or a Queen who can abdicate, Harry would just need to renounce his title and rights. I think interest in them might be higher for a short period, but if they didn’t actively seek out the limelight after that, eventually people would lose interest in them.

Extremely privileged, wealthy Prince does nothing but complain about how hard his life is. Renounce your rights and go live a life away from the monarchy then, whiny brats. I truly don’t understand anyone supporting or sympathizing with royalty, abolish it.

I’ve never understood people using ‘the word is in the song, I’m just singing along’ as an excuse to get to say the n-word. It’s not hard to just skip one word, it’s really not.

I agree that they are being singled out, but I don’t think that necessarily makes the criticism flimsy. Every royal, celebrity or politician who promotes one thing and does another should be criticized.

Then he’s just as hypocritical as all of the other royalty and celebrities who travel by private jet and still tell everyone else not to travel. I was talking about the comments I see, not the media.
