It’s lower Bay for sure. I saw them using it during the early hours as regular Bay Station was beignning service. The door was open to Lower Bay and secuirty was standing at it.

The black goo (which I saw up close during shooting as it lay under tarps outside) is black and viscous-looking with a patina of sparkly-rainbow streaks in it. I’m not sure how that fits in with Ivy...but it’s a possibility I guess. I lean towards something that Enchantress summoned.

It IS Lower Bay. During the shoot I saw them frequently shooting down there (if they are shooting, the door to Lower bay from Upper Bay is open and guarded by security for the closed set). And the black goo was under tarps outside the main Bay station on certain days.
