Not only is this one of the best games I've ever played, it is a perfect example of games as art.

Wow 2 different engines for one game. Worst. Idea. Ever. Why not just split the game into 2 separate pieces and only charge 20 dollars for each part. (ok ok, 20 for each PC part digitally distributed 30 for each console part)

@Kicken: I wasn't under the impression Steam supported COD4 at all. As I recall my friends could see I was playing COD4 but couldn't directly join the game I was in, maybe this was fixed or I am flat out wrong. (Xfire did support this though).

I'm going to be unpopular for saying this but: Who cares about what happens in the single player? COD4's storyline was stupid. I for one do not like feeling responsible for the deaths of 1000 and 1000's of AI fathers and sons that never had a chance.

My only real problem is that the extremely unrealistic flight model where ships just float there and turn on a dime seems to still be in place (oh and that the scale is disgustingly bad...a battlecruiser is tiny in game). Really a minor quibble...oh well.
