Are you able to set the voice tone for Siri? The demos that show Siri with the male British sounding accent make Siri sound much better...

Having the best specs on the market does not necessarily mean that it is the best product on the market, so no, that is not why I buy new phones.

Personally, I think that the reason people are so interested in specs is because they believe that is what makes the software run well. Obviously, this is not always the case... In regards to the 16 mo cycle, their record-setting sales that happen seemingly every quarter are all the justification they need...

Not everything is about specs... Software has been a big complaint for Android, especially because of the skins manufacturers use that either ruin what was good on stock Android or make it take forever for updates to arrive...
