There is a way to filter out Apple news...

This is why I think there would be more success in going after the police department rather than Apple. The police are the ones who said they were cops and then didn't enter. However, he is probably going after Apple because he thinks they will just give him money to shut up and go away...

"We won't play favorites in the way people are concerned about."

I don't think anyone really expected him to come out and say that they would indeed play favorites....

    Soon...

They have a "stash" so if one doesn't work they reload...

Except that the iPad is actually a tablet worth buying whereas these Tabs are not...

I'd rather social networks not be baked in at all actually. Some (albeit very few) of us are not social network users and would rather not have to deal with it as part of the phone... Having an option to disable it would be nice...

    Ah.... brain fart. My apologies...

    see above

Even if the home button was pressed, opening Safari would have brought the last page up...

I said it a month ago... It's coming...

    Me SAMSUNG!

    Possibly because it is wider?

"It's the best Android phone you can buy."

Whoever it is that drew this on the lens really should see a doctor because if he used himself for reference he is seriously effed up...

Google? That should be a definite no-go. If that were to happen Google would own a mobile OS, phone maker Motorola M., and a carrier...

So my question is, when this deal doesn't go through and T-Mobile eventually goes out of business who is going to be allowed to buy them? Sprint?

You had me at something green...

True, but if it ever went to court, I'd wager that the cops will say Apple did not impersonate them. Can you imagine one of these cops saying they allowed Apple to violate the law and impersonate a cop directly in front of them?
