I currently rent my modem and I'm looking to buy my own. The problem is my phone service is run through the modem as well. What options are there that also work for Comcast Voice customers? (I can probably look this up on their website, but I'm lazy)

Having a web-based version is key for people who want to stream music from work. Oftentimes people aren't allowed to download software like Spotify, but a web version would obviously solve that problem.

Sofa beds usually aren't very comfortable for sleeping on or sitting on. I'd recommend getting a comfortable couch and just getting an aero-bed for guests to stay on. That way you don't have to deal with an uncomfortable couch, which is really hard to move (sofa beds are usually very heavy).
