HAH! No car made in the last 10 years has a mechanical speedometer. If your electrical system goes down, that includes your Speedo. But that will be the last of your worries cause loss of power assist on steering and brakes will be worse.

Your N54 would have been just fine. Modern DI turbo motors have such advanced ECUs with amazing knock control, running double stock boost with a GOOD tune (key here) is really no more dangerous than running it stock, assuming the motor is in good health (not leaking anywhere, good compression, etc.)

YES I CAN have a large luxury sedan for the price of a fiesta. It’s 10 years old but it’s built well and it works perfectly still.

Holy crap, my BRZ goes berserk when I roll 50 feet from my mailbox to my house without my belt on (only time I ever would not have it on). I’m in an isolated neighborhood doing 12mph, calm down!

I’d rock a 22B if given the chance:

Wow, a Corvette with an interior that doesn’t make me vomit.

They’re still nowhere close in build quality to those cars made in the civilized world. while America got better, the others did too. Most people that defend the quality of American cars (esp. FCA products), have never bought anything else, so there’s no basis for comparison. Even the Corvette GS isn’t anywhere close

Shut up, Zoidberg

Good God this list is depressing. You can do so much better for 15K. So much better.

God I love two steps from hell
