You’ve got no idea how lucky you are. Here in Brazil, interest rates are over 16% a MONTH for overdraft. Credit cards too can get ridiculously high (almost 500% APR):

You’re wrong. I’m pretty sure the UK is in North America. [sarcasm]
Is this Nicolas Townshend? The lost cousin of Pete Cage? Straight from the late 1970s...
First thing that came to mind...
This is so fucking ridiculous that I lack words to express my befuddledness.
I don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but this series of high-octane action roles began after his wife (the gorgeous Natasha Richardson) passed away.
Artemis has become a very popular name lately. Artemis (the book by Andy Weir), Artemis (the character of Ready Player One) and now Hotel Artemis. All three connected to sci-fi.
Well, another brilliang genius was the duo Fujiko Fujio, two Japanese manga artists who created Paaman/Perman (or Super Dínamo, as it was called in Brazil back in the early 1970s), a B&W anime that was a huge hit both in Japan and in Brazil (among other countries) back in the day. How long did it take from the moment she realised something wasn’t right (the two-month period during which the tumor grew 10 pounds) to the moment when she underwent surgery? I don’t know if anyone mentioned this, but 1 mile equals 1.609 km (and not 1.8 km):
I loved the commentator of the video: “He (Alex Rossi) went to the Czech Republic before going to Europe and the UK.”
Test failed miserably. Now my knuckles are sore. And I can’t crack all of them anymore, as I used to when I was a kid. I tried to push the knuckles near the fingertips, but I felt like I’d regret if I continued pushing them...
I’ll conduct a lab test, running a simulation on my own knuckles in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...
Please pay tons of attention and do not boil your rubber dickies!
And what about the Mars Trilogy? I’d love to stream it. Any news on Spyke TV’s adaptation?
I was expecting that HAL’s voice would substitute Alexa’s. That would be AMAZING! Douglas Rain is old, but still alive. What if you could programme it to say YOUR NAME!
Those were exactly my first thoughts. People simply assume they can jump aboard the first airplane, go to whatever location and start working straight away. Few people think about work permits.
