This program really didn't like an SD card I threw at it. I know the card works fine, so......program problem?

This is a GREAT program, if you need it. It does one thing, and does it well. It can be useful for users of Microsoft's SyncToy, as the old version wasn't so good about propagating folder deletions. I've used it for a while now and love it.
Is there anything that does this with files, etc.? I use Synergy and swear by it, but would like to cut/paste files and folders. Synergy was supposed to add it sometime, but it isn't updated that often.

@B1663R: Seconding that.
Oh so many good comments... where to start?

One feature I really like (especially for languages I'm not that familiar with) is that by starting to type a command and then pressing Ctrl+Space it fills in the rest of the command (or asks which command you want for something like if(ctrl+space) gives If,…
Can anyone comment as to how this program works? My understanding was that the keys had to be passed to the application sooner or later and a keylogger could jump in the middle. Can anyone correct this or share what this program does to circumvent this?
