At first 40% seems like a lot nut when think about it KS fees, payment fees and reward fulfillment eat a lot. Now it could be argued that the latter should be part of the budget. It seems they are talking about development budget only which is one kind of sly. However, Shenmue III is also doing that.

With that all said, the game itself is fun to play. I found myself getting used to the graphics quickly and have enjoyed the couple of stages I’ve played so far. I guess it is not for everyone but I do like :)

It is far from over. They simply were not ready for this release date. They are still testing the Mac/Linux builds. Several consoles are yet to receive their ports (and the company doesn’t even know when the game will arrive for portables).

College in America is too darn expensive. In Japan, you could afford a good public university (around $5000 a year for tuition fees) by working part-time. A lot of students live with their parents so they don’t have to worry about rent. Books are also not pried for the 1% (unless the teacher is using a foreign book).
