Not sure if you realize it but its not the FAA that are killing the Martin Jetpack, or drones. Flying car has its own problems but because of its weight it does run afoul of FAA.

all I can think about when I see those balloons is the helium shortage and what a waste it is that SpongeBob SquarePants is sucking up helium when medical equipment needs it.
