I'm with you. S1-3 are overrated. S3 is like S9 where many of its episodes show potential, but Miss Botz is almost as far from classic Simpsons as Moe's dishrag.

It's done sillier stuff, but nothing that counts as a "joke".
I will never not quack when it is my first day. I regret nothing.
So what you're saying is, we will randomly mention the site in a few future post-shark-jump episodes?
Can't hear you, Kyle Ryan! I'm clapping!
Generally, I'm liking this season more than Kyle seems to be—-I can completely understand and respect most of his criticisms of the show, but with a comedy, it all comes down to, "Is this funny?", and I'm just finding it funnier than he is.
Dan, I've been in a very similar place and gotten through it. I also have friends with schizophrenia that can take them to very dark places, but they've come through and led happy lives. You can, too. Please hang in there.
My experience of law firms like LAL is that it's very much a Martha/Caitlin situation - which is a story the show has already told, and well.
Oh, obviously it's possible to still get elected to office after going to jail. Elliot Spitzer, the inspiration for Peter, came pretty close in his comeback race for comptroller. I just don't think this show ever sold that Peter, specifically, could so easily overcome his issues.
That's who that was! Well, I'm an idiot.
Agreed especially about the racism angle. Can't believe they would a., include Howard, and that b., Cary, in particular, would be so blatantly racist in the interview. I'm acquainted with a number of Cary types, and, yes, this absolutely happens—-guys like him hire guys like him. But it's a subtler process than…
Peter's political career is generally pretty implausible. I don't believe he could have been elected dogcatcher after going to jail. But, nope: the writers stick with this hackneyed formula, over and over and over:
A. Peter decides to run for an office
B. his opponent suddenly drops out and he's the frontrunner
C. he has…
I sure hope you're right!
That's some quality comment/username synergy. Of all the comments I have read today, this was the one that brought the most funk to my house.
I don't know that I agree about needing establishment support. Ordinarily, sure, but now? The Republican Party seems to me to be in the process of cannibalizing its establishment. If an overwhelming majority of voters decide they don't care what the Bushes think anymore and vote for Trump (or Carson, or Fiorina),…
Classic Perky D!
Donald Trump is a crud rock. He belongs in crud town.
What are you basing that on? I'm terrified of Trump, don't want him to succeed, and am appalled that anyone, anywhere, is acknowledging his "presidential" "campaign" as a thing…but every time he does something that demonstrates what a horrible "person" he is, he rises in the polls. If the voting public hasn't realized…
I would think it'd be really tough to grade an episode of "SNL". For me, the worst parts of this episode were an F. The overall concept of this episode was an F. The decision to aggrandize the agenda of a really problematic person whose current calling card is gross mistreatment of racial minorities was an F; in…
Wait, the porn stars are a recurring sketch? (I haven't watched SNL in years.) Ugh, they're the "It's Pat" of our generation.
