The sad part is all of these “bike life” idiots steal these machines because they typically can’t afford to buy them. It’s also sad because most of those machines were in probably decent shape and could be sold. I don’t know why NYPD doesn’t sell these impounded bikes. Cheap???? Motocross/Hare Scramble/Enduro is probably cheapest off road racing. Why would I pay 20,000 just for the vehicle when I could have 2 full race prepped motocross bikes for the same price or less?
