I wrestled one year for a coach that SCREAMED all the time. INTENSITY, INTENSITY, INTENSITY!!!

I think wrestling coaches are completely f’d sometimes, mainly because it’s a “tough guy” sport and it celebrates pushing through pain and injury, but also because they can be short sighted. Two of my best friends in high school wrestled and my brother wrestled.
