Sleeveless work dresses that are too short are the bane of my existence. I’m 5'10" and I there are some retailers I don’t even bother to look at because the dresses are clearly intended to hit someone 5'4" just above the knee. And whenever I do see a dress that has sleeves and is an appropriate length, it sells out…

Why is it so hard to find a freaking suit? I had an interview last year, and no one carries suits any more.

We don’t.... I basically treat those dresses as tunics at this point. I don’t think I’ve worn a dress to work in the last 5 years that didn’t have leggings or pants under it.

It doesn’t bother me if women want to show skin- but I don’t like showing that much skin when it can be helped- AND especially not in the work…

And armpit coverage, please. The 22-year-olds in my advertising dept. are always wearing sleeveless shifts with cute little blazers, and I wrinkle my nose thinking of the hassle and expense of getting your jackets cleaned after every single wear.
