Well there is another xo-1 suit outside =National Guard training yard= during a quest searching for =The Lost Patrol=( don’t think you need to start the quest to qet the armor) there’s one in the armory incomplete but there’s another x0-1 in the back of the armory in a container that’s a full suit.
