It’s an odd mix of things that I didn’t know I wanted. The Tetris-like cargo management, the increasing hallucinations if you stay out in the fog too long (watch out for phantom rocks!), and I personally find the core loop satisfying, even the way the boat controls.

I can guarantee you there are already many people in Buffalo and Boston who get around just fine with no cars.

Even if powered by entirely green energy there is still a finite amount of energy, and it still wastes the energy that is generated, meaning that it puts additional stress on the electrical grid. If 94% of your energy is produced by green energy, and you are powering crypto, that means you’re further from the 100%…
