Yeah, my first thought with the music from The Tonight Show was Doc. I doubt I would have remembered Kevin Eubanks existed without prompting.

I’ve watched that episode more times than I can count since it was first on, and all I thought was that it was a weird shirt that looked like a pirate, not anything gay-related. Maybe that’s just your take on it.

If a movie is good only if the characters are perfectly behaved, definitely don’t watch The Godfather or Psycho.

The documentary reminded me how good her solo bit was in “We Are the Word.” For all the star power there, she & Huey Lewis were the MVPs of that song.

“Rehab” was her only top 40 hit in the US, so people who stick to top 40 radio only may have not known much about her as well.

The documentary Amy was good, so I’ll probably stick with having seen that.
