[otherinbox.com] is a wonderful service. You get name.otherinbox.com and can give out website@name.otherinbox.com and then easily block certain websites. I use this for emails I want to get but might eventually want to cancel.

@haydenphb: Linux. I use ArchLinux but you can accomplish this with any Linux OS. And probably Mac OS as well. The catch is that its all running in screen so they are all command line interface applications.

Home server! ssh in and connect to RSS, IRC, IM, email, torrent. All running 24/7 and accessible from anywhere!
