Its terrible in the most entertaining way possible. That's the only way I can think to explain it.

I haven't watched any X-Files, but have seen basically most of the shows that descended from; so I expect to like this and knowing that there is so much of it, and more coming, is good news.
Also, let me know when the Fringe revival starts up.

I expect we wont get her back properly until they see the show is ending and try harder to make it work and/or Game of Thrones comes to n end (or her character on it does).
We got letters the last two seasons, so we may be in for another voice over sometime soon. Who knows.

Interesting point, I guess that's why Rob Thomas wrote this one himself.

The mentioning of Moriarty by name by Sherlock and her as 'Irene' by Joan is getting interesting, just because they've done them so close together in the space of a few episodes to notice it. I hope that is going somewhere, because I really like that Joan keeps making that distinction; if only just to subconsciously

Pipe down chorus boy

Clive notices Liv's personality changes! It is such a throwaway scene but we needed to hear it so desperately. Its clear they are going to take their time with that plot, so im glad something was touched upon finally.

Yes! I noticed the cover and got excited and then they went ahead and played my favourite song. It all felt good until I heard Crowe's 'singing' and lamented they didn't (coundn't?) use a different version.

But down another grade for using the version of 'One Day More' from the movie instead of any other recording. (I like the movie a lot, but listen to any broadway recording and it cant hold a candle to it)

There were a lot of great performers on that show that haven't really turned up on anything else, which is a shame; so I suppose we should just be happy Oenomaus is getting work.

Which is a shame because from the show Spartacus we know he is capable of delivering an interesting performance with better material.

This news couldn't be more perfect. I cant believe they actually hired the right man for the job.

You are not alone! I think the movie itself is only so-so when I think about it. But the score is absolutely fantastic, and coupled with some great acting by everyone in it I cant help but get wrapped up into it. And though it is very stupid and egotistical that Shyamalan cast himself in that part I cant help but

I thought it was an okay subplot but now that everyone mentions it, I definitely agree. But this is what sequel episodes exist for.

It looks like to me its more of a reference to Don Draper's childhood home in season 6 of mad men.

Am I crazy? Everything I hear about this movie only makes me want to see it more.

Are you trying to piss me off? I will get you.
Seriously though, what you said is the absolute truth. Though there is also a fair number of fans who agree in loving the show, but they are just a million times less vocal.

See I can agree on the two-parter you mentioned, but would personally disagree on the other two: "Unquiet Dead" being a fun story for me and "Father's Day" hitting me in my heartstrings. "Fathers Day" may be my favourite from that series (or at least a tie with Moffat's two-parter). I think the finale from Series 1 is

I hope Capaldi will stick around. At least a half-dozen or more seasons or so

You just described why we loved it
