Clearly the girl already had brain damage. The driver that she hit is the one who experienced traumatic injuries and needs life-long medical care.

Yup, but they’re trying to get money from Snapchat, who likely has deeper pockets. Common sense would suggest the only one to blame here is the driver of the Mercedes who caused the crash.
