What, you mean like the chemicals they use in organic ag? Oh sorry, Big Organic doesn’t want you to know about that.

Noooo, didn’t you that if you disagree with anti-GMO people you’re obviously a government?Big Pharma/Big Ag/Monsanto shill? Obviously people who disagree are either (A) evil, or (B) not privy to the Special Information that anti-science people are.
No, it’s not. Scientists who develop modern crop varieties genuinely do want to feed people.
Uh, what are you talking about? GMOs are good. They’re a way to incorporate disease resistance into crops that have no naturally-occurring resistance to diseases (especially if the diseases are imported from other continents). See Papaya Ringspot virus, for example. You can take genes from a grass that might be a…
Dude, being able to pick up your socks doesn't make you any more or less ready to be married. Neither is being ready for kids unless you want to spawn LITERALLY right after you get married.
That's really frustrating. It's kind of red-flaggy (both on Allen's part and on Mr.Tonic's part) that they won't talk about it in definitive terms, especially when it's been pinned on some bullshitty amorphous "when we're ready" somewhere in the hazy and never-reachable future.
I can’t even handle how much rage that makes me feel. Like.....I would be in jail.
Dolly Parton is a goddess and a national treasure.
Wait, why do you get to dictate your grandfather’s sex life?
I keep hearing the argument that having an abortion is “not taking responsibility for your actions.” What a load of shit. I would think not bringing an unwanted child, especially one that you can’t afford, IS the responsible choice.
Yuup. It's a pretty well-known term if you know stuff about tattoos.
No, it means "don't take little bits of other peoples' culture and then not care about their struggles and still engage in passive-aggressive racism."
No, I was hung up on that also. Flash tattoos come off the walls of the shop.
Eating sushi isn't the same as cherry-picking little bits of other people culture so you can have all the good parts without suffering all of the bad parts.
Mr.Nerevar and I went to Banff, Canada for our honeymoon. But we live in Montana so it was mostly an upgrade in quality of mountains. I will say that the national parks in the U.S. seem better cared for than Canadian national parks, though. Yellowstone is always nice.
Ahhh I did that too! And then when I was 24 I couldn’t imagine dating a 17-year-old, what a creep.
I think I've decided never to get a mani-pedi. How incredibly complicated.
Right? WHY don't people like this shit??
I guess the difference is that I see it as asking people to help you build a home together vs. asking people to help you build memories together. I think either is acceptable.
If that's the case, you obviously have enough $ so why are you asking for more for your trip?
