I had that exact same thought when I rewatched it a few months ago. A 280Z is still kind of a cool car, and the one in the movie wasn’t in terrible shape.
No no. Don’t act like there aren’t reasons. Ford is currently helmed by a blind idiot who has no clue what he’s doing in the auto industry, and every single move he’s made screams that fact out. He’s determined to kill cars because the only thing he can do is read numbers, where he sees that trucks and SUVs have a…
I have a dodge, id swear they raided king tuts tomb for my backseat. Pine smell and all.
Didn’t criticize them for going to the Aussies to get this car, criticized them for not making it a little more bad ass looking before slapping a GTO badge on it. My main point was if you’re going to call it a GTO it should have a little more on the outside that makes it look like its fast. The car underneath the…
I replaced the screen on my G5+ and it was an unsatisfying experience. The third-party replacement digitizer wasn’t as accurate and it took multiple tries and layering to get the double-sided tape to work like it should. I love the idea of getting OE parts from iFixit.
LOL - the original GTO was literally a LeMans with a big engine and no aggressive styling. True, it changed it later iterations with scoops and decals, but what was Pontiac routinely derided for in the years before the 2004 GTO came out?
Maybe adding a word like ‘roasting whole, unsplit chickens’ or something might help, but I’m guessing that ‘unsplit’ probably isn’t a word? I am also a card carrying member of Team Spatchcock and this challenge to its supremacy was the first thing I thought of when I took a look at this article, so this all made…
I actually spoke this owner before when I was on the GTO forums before mine got totalled by a Ford 350 Super Duty.
Porsche’s 2019 Panamera GTS Has All The Features You Actually Want and None of the Ones You Don’t
A friend of mine had a matching number ‘68 BB Chevelle SS that annoying people would accuse of being a clone because it had a bench seat and column shift per its original weird order. These same dismissive people would learn the real story and then think, “Ooh, it’s rare and cool (more valuable) then.” I always…
As someone that’s been a lifelong Lego fan and probably owns more than 1k sets, and someone that used to own those shitty fall-apart mega bloks sets of old...I can tell you that what you’ve said just isn’t true. About 6 years ago Mega did a 180 with their quality (roughly around the time they started the Halo line),…
The thing I don’t understand is why they don’t leave the 3-series alone, geared toward the more enthusiast-type, since we all know that the people who could not care less about anything but the badge get the x3/x2.

Roe v. Wad.
Who do I root for? On one side, we have a nonverbal orange-haired monster, concocted by capital to appeal to and siphon money from unsophisticated rubes, who has irritatingly saturated social media and (perhaps due to forces somewhat beyond his control) politicized sports. The other is Gritty.
Integrated voice chat, and Bluetooth headset and speaker connectivity would be a great addition also.
That hardtop coupe is beautiful, and a possibility for my next car.
These look good but I don't eat food with toothpicks after the Club Sandwich Incident of 1966.
Perhaps the only car where I prefer the four door.
