Well, that makes sense actually. I was worried for a sec.

Sounds like people will be losing their jobs.

Growing up my family didn't have a ton of extra money until I got to high school, so my mom bought some store brand items. My dad is notoriously picky though and if he didn't like something store brand we never, ever saw it again. I'm kind of halfway between my parents, some food items I buy are store brand but others

I would guess 'sell' if P&G feels like it's getting the right price, otherwise 'discontinue' and mothball the brand.

Oh no! Please don't sell the Venus line of razors. The P&G coupon in combination with store bonus card point is the only reason I can afford the damn things in the first place. I NEED MY P&G COUPONS!!!

My mom used to work for P&G. She had some company stock, and every year a gift package would come. The containers were different every time- a wooden crate, a gift basket, a mini foot locker cube. Some of these are still in the family.

it's crazy how like 5 conglomerates pretty much own everything and all brands of any product basically come from the same supply chain. I mean why don't they just mark it like " soap, grade a" and "soap, grade b". Why the marketing song and dance?

but they are too busy making stuff so you can buy.... brought to you by carl's jr

Yeah I guess you are right about that.

they never knew this existed since chocolate comes from southern Mexico. for them its a cash crop

Dont know about Sierra Leone but in many African tribes fat does equal healthy.

Preach on! Idiocracy has NOTHING to do with eugenics. It's a satire projection of where life is headed.

Matt Novak is a writer for a poor news source and you should be ashamed for liking him. His over analysis and misunderstanding of satire is lethargic and excessive to the point of adding nothing to the debate.

It's funny you should put it that way, as Henry Ford very much believed his workers should be paid enough that they could afford to buy a Ford.

I get approached at gas stations too, you know.

"Excuse me sir, I can't help but notice you drive an old german sedan. Would you like me to call a tow truck for you? Oh- you're just getting gas? You mean it actually runs?"

He said "Fat" not "Healthy" LoL

amazon ships cats now?
