And ive only seen one article mention that the cop fired his gun as he was still giving his command, to which she had no time comply. All other articles say she shot within 3 or 4 seconds of the command- not true, she was shot immediately.

I mean, anyone can quit their job any time they want.  It doesn’t look like that’s going to get him off the hook for anything, based on the statement the Chief made.  The records are still going to show him being dishonorably removed from the force, and that will certainly factor into any legal case made against him.  

Am I mistaken or does it start to feel like we’re gaining traction on this? Dallas killer cop convicted of murder, this guy processed out in one business day and referred to the FBI.  This feels like a sea change from just a year ago.
