We had a former multi-screen theater get bought out and turned into a second run $3 theater for years. It was great, sometimes they’d get a release while it was still showing in the major local theaters.

I’ve lived in OC my entire life and I’ve heard the term so who knows. “Bars” is the standard though.

I’m trying to recall if they call them Long Johns here, I think they might call them bars in SoCal.

Not many midwestern transplants here in Orange County, though my mom is from Minnesota. I can’t remember if I’ve heard her call them that before because she’s a health nut and avoids donuts, but I have heard other people call them that.

Eh, not really. If I say “chocolate bar” they’ll give me exactly what the header image shows. I don’t need to specify which one.

I appreciate it too. It’s something I wish my own boss would do because I know for a fact he thinks a lot of our complaints are extremely minor/petty, but if he had to deal with them on a daily basis, I know things would change immediately.
