Eh, dumbest thing said? I doubt that.

ACAB
Damn, $1.50 a slice is still a great fucking price. The only way I can get that anywhere in my area is at my buddies own shop because of his friend discount.
Yes Steve, they did. Devils advocate here, I’m not defending it, but this event is world renowned for the street racing that takes place off the track. People come specifically for the street racing. That’s where the big illegal bets happen, that’s where these guys get their rush. There are entire youtube channels…
COUNTERPOINT: No, it isn’t. We aren’t vying for fucking prizes here. There’s no “fair play” to be had.
Absolutely this.
I didn’t edit anything after you replied, that edit came before you replied, both times. Regardless, neither edit changed my comment/point. Try refreshing your browser more often.
You’re welcome.
I’m not sure I understand why he’s being so defensive about it?
Hold on... did you just call a person whose so pathetic they had to copy recognitions shtick... reasonable? Are you sure you’re thinking of the right person?
Hers is weird for obvious reasons, but they also have two other actors/characters listed who are no longer on the show. I’d say they’re trolling us but it’s definitely just laziness.
I’m honestly happy other people are starting to see the show the way I do. The Mandalorians are boring, they really need to start doing something with Grogu (he should have stayed with Luke), and the story needs to start progressing. At this point I’m just watching it out of spite.
It just feels that every week, Favreau (and Filoni) are telling us stories we aren’t asking to hear, and avoiding telling us the stories we’ve been demanding.
Lol, wow, those people need to find a new hobby.
Tourists always want to go to the beach for some reason.
Huh, I’m genuinely surprised. Knotts always felt like the place locals went to avoid the long tourist-filled lines at Disneyland.
It’s plausible that rain played a role, though we’ve had enough heavy rains in SoCal over the last month that our roads aren’t very slick right now when wet. I think the fact that he’s 97 is probably a bigger factor.
Huh, definitely weird they’d pick Knotts of all places. I’m local (and worked there in college), and we never hear about people coming from out of town to visit Knotts (unless it’s Haunt). I guess that doesn’t mean people don’t, but they’re few and far between. It does appear to be in the top 15 most visited parks in…
I’ve grown tired of The Rocks shtick for a few years now so that’s fine by me. If he tones it down a bit and goes back to making films like The Rundown, Be Cool, and Walking Tall again, who knows.
I too grew up in OC and marginally follow the punk scene, what do I win?
