Yikes the carbs (70!), the fat (22g!), and the sodium. But, those are clearly the healthier carbs and fat, and if this is an alternative aimed at people who’d otherwise grab fast food, it’s a definite improvement. That’s a nice amount of protein, too - especially for vegan food. And 0 cholesterol is impressive.

That’s encouraging, I’ve seen lots of pretty pics of Saugatuck online (both the beaches and the town). It’s only a 3 hour drive for us, so we’re really looking forward to checking it our for a weekend later this month :-)

Came here to say I’m OBSESSED with goat butter, and that’s my second (fancy, snacking) butter. I use whatever salted butter is on sale for cooking/baking.
