This is all an issue of semantics. Andretti is right to say that someone has to prove they can but it has nothing to do with sex. A woman doesn’t have to prove that WOMEN can compete in racing, a woman has to prove that SHE can compete in racing.

If women wish to race in F1 then they can race in F1. I am tired of the definition of intolerance being “the failure to roll out a red carpet and give special treatment”. If women want to race in F1 then they can come and get it. The fact that almost none has proves the points of the so-called assholes.

I think Andretti is right. He’s saying in the history of F-1 there were very few women drivers and not particularly successful. He doesn’t say women can’t be F-1 drivers.
