I'd actually appreciate one that is understated and doesn't look as visually interesting as the Nest.

I was going to comment on that same thing. But they couldn't actually pedal, right? So maybe they weren't technically "riding"...

(so that it would be like a left-to-right game, i.e., Excite Bike)

These things have been around forever. Go to any beginner snorkel beach in Hawaii and you'll see them in various forms. Still a cool idea for some people for sure, although I'd recommend to skip the training wheels and just swim if you're physically able.

what, no penguins?

Cards were the best. The red/black dominos falling into the track was good too.

I went through this a few months ago when I setup Glacier, and ended up buying CloudBerry Backup Desktop - it seemed polished and worked better than the free solutions. Glacier is a series of compromises, but I think it's still (barely) worth it as a tertiary backup solution.

Bleh, I (most likely) had that same Stingray in my driveway, and I did not like the color. The rest of the car was completely awesome, but I wouldn't choose that color on that car.

you may be right, but market share isn't really the reason. They've never had dominant market share in the phone market, yet they make by far the most money at it.

I'm assuming I can't buy an LTE iPad and use it on T-Mo for free? 200MB free and limited speeds thereafter, with $0/month?

Where are the details or link?

Why is there an asterisk on the iPad Mini batery life but no footnote?

seriously that's your takeaway there?
