The current-gen Eclipse is f'ing terrible. The ride is harsh for no reason, new car smell was awful (whatever), plastic cheap interior. Really, for $19.5k who is buying these things??

Sensors are really expensive, especially in low volume. DSLRs might seem like high volume, but how many people buy a DSLR compared to a P&S compared to a cameraphone? They don't run lots of these sensors in the same volume as smaller ones. Plus you get less yield on a wafer, have more demanding fab processes, etc etc

boo I like the 3G toggle. I use it on the golf course with GPS to save battery. For when I want some network connectivity but I don't need speed.

Hrm. I'm on Win7 64-bit. I set Absinthe to XP Compatibility and ran as administrator. I backed up then erased my device, then JB with 2.0.1, then restored. I also updated to iOS 5.1.1 first.

Backup in iTunes then erase your device. That will fix this particular error. If you have further issues, try getting Absinthe 2.0.1

I did all that and it still didn't work, then I found Absinthe 2.0.1 and that cleared things up. So try that if you're still having issues.

agreed. It's not purely just dpi, it's dpi & viewing distance. I can't really see pixels on my 1080 TV, so as long as they make the displays small enough they should be "retina"
