Yeah I tried looking on reddit earlier but from what I saw no one had guessed the code as of yet - obviously that has changed. I’m a fair amount of a way through the game now so will just do the hard(er) modes when I finish this run - I’ll be playing this for a fair while!

I am absolutely LOVING this game so far, it is a little easy, sure, but still it’s early days, and there is more difficulty settings available for a second run. Iga’s team has absolutely knocked it out of the park - amazing music, boss/enemy designs, absolute nonsense of a story - I love it.

There’s additional difficulty settings available - but unfortunately they are locked until completion of a normal run (AFAIK).

Fair enough, but if you applied a little cynicism to your expectations, what would you say then?

Damn, absolutely loved the CG trailer for this, Mikami yet to let me down so I’m incredibly hype to see more of this! Inventive & atmospheric concept!

I can’t see this being anything else other than a gimmick that is cool at first and then pretty pointless and forgettable thereafter. But it wouldn’t be a Ubisoft game without these kind of shenanigans either. There’s a lot of love and effort put into these games, but this is just another quantity over quality style

No Sony show this E3, Nintendo handles their shit through directs, and most studios are probably preparing something for PS5/Xbone2 late next year.

Bruce Campbell? I want to thank you for how much that made me laugh, you brought immeasurable joy to my day

But the sarcasm is perpetual!

I didn’t say “nothing” I said “little”, if you checked what I wrote and quoted yourself there, which is quite amusing. There’s a bit of a difference between the two.

The only thing you can guarantee from a Kojima trailer is that it will have little to do with the final product (unless it’s the launch trailer). I really hope we actually see something worthwhile this time around - unless it actually is just some dude wandering nondescript hills and running from shadows.

I didn’t mind Sky Crawlers, but it definitely wasn’t as resonant or as acclaimed as his earlier movies. I thought his live actions movies were incredibly bad (all things considered), and it is a shame that he hasn’t spent more time on his anime movies, which were more philosophically expressive, and dealt with

Yeah most definitely, I don’t know what his decision making was in the moment, but it definitely wasn’t an input error.

Actually I hadn’t even thought of that - the hitbox in that situation would definitely be the ideal peripheral, even with the delay of modern displays.

That’s honestly caught me surprise, I absolutely did NOT expect that. Honestly Daigo isn’t the first (well, hasn’t even used it in comp tbf) and it shouldn’t have taken his streams to get an organiser to 180 or take a better look at what the hitbox is bringing to the table.

No, Hoyokusen is QCF, QCF+K, it’s a standard super to pull off and its ease (especially off of hit confirming) is what actually makes Chun-li such a broken character in third strike.

AFAIK hitboxes don’t eliminate human error. It’s an incredibly simple input either way, and what you’re suggesting is a bit of a stretch.

Depends who you’re playing as, IMO. I wouldn’t like to play as Zangief or character that uses SPD motions on a d-pad, but I’ve always preferred the d-pad for charge characters.
