This is not correct. The Sanders campaign had accidental access to Clinton “modeling data”—that refers to the Voter File side of NGPVAN, not the finance side. Modeling is used to determine which voters are more likely to vote for who (or even vote), and to what degree. It has nothing to do with donors.
