If we reduce the poverty of the parents of those children, the children will no longer be impoverished. If we reduce the poverty of everyone in a community, then those children can grow into a community which doesn’t perpetuate the cycle of poverty.

There are several allegations out there that the CEO knew as well and the timeline of events makes it almost certain that he knew. He’s still there along with board members in similar positions.

Eeehh. Then you have to do things like determine who is and isn’t a member of a religious organization in a more rigorous way i.e. lists. How else are you going to determine justifiable firings from the perspective of the state?

It is funny how much the ol’ “face eating leopard” gets thrown around when it comes to conservative politicians and their constituents but there’s not so much as a feisty house cat in sight when it comes to religious organizations.
