I often joke about the gated community in Florida where my parents live. Stalag 13 with palm trees. 

The first criteria I give to my RE agent is no HOA. I have never been told that there were no houses available. My houses I bought were all built within the last 30 years.

Worst of all is that these people are paying for this to happen via monthly HOA fees. Chances are these folks were paying a couple hundred a month for the privilege of having their cars stolen.

I know independent truckers have a hard life. But any driver who buys that story isn’t a dupe; he’s being willfully ignorant. Like playing plausible deniability cranked to 11 willfully ignorant.

Yeah, right. A “third party” diverted the trucks. And the honest, God-fearin’ truck drivers didn’t know what was happening. While the trucks were moved to an elaborately-disguised depot where unsuspecting truck operators were duped out of dropping two trailer loads of untraceable liquor with no tax stamps.

They need people to reproduce so someone would buy new cars since the old ones wouldnt die.

Sadly, of all the American brands in Stellantis’ portfolio, Jeep has the most comprehensive lineup. That’s not saying much. And lets not forget the reliability woes faced by the company over the past few years. High prices and low reliability is not a formula for success. None of this is terribly surprising.
