I really want to buy a Th!nk City EV. They’re cheap, weird, and feed my DIY spirit.

I need to tow my motorcycles to different tracks hours and hours away. I’m not gonna recharge every 100 or so miles.

To be fair, that’s my reason for ANY new car. 🤣

Price.

god I love that lol I’d much rather wind out a dangerously slow car getting onto the highway than use 18% of a supercar’s potential on the streets. a beat-to-shit manual Chevy Sonic is more smiles/$ than near anything else

The only problem with your comment is that this C63 weighs almost as much as that Pacifica PHEV you had. This isn’t just about the PHEV system. AMG added nearly 500 other pounds to the old car not counting the hybrid system, despite having half the engine. There’s just bad engineering here at work compromising the

I’ve always been a relatively early adopter, so I’m not technology averse by any means. I want some amount of technology and integration in my cars. I just feel like automakers are throwing everything plus the kitchen sink into cars these days, and I’m not sure that all of it really serves an actual purpose. For

I feel like automakers are reaching the point where they are doing “too much”. Rear wheel steering, 8 drive modes, turbo, hybrid, PHEV, AWD…. I get that the C63 is supposed to be the “top dog” of the C class range, but all this seems like overkill to me. How many drivers are really going to use all of that capability?

Except that some of these lighter colors can create a horribly annoying glare on the inside of the windshield. You can even see if in the pictures you posted; just look at that bright orange interior compared to the dark green one. At least keep the top of the dashboard a reasonably darker color to keep the glare

I’m actually starting to fall in love with brown and white combo’d interiors. These just gel right with me:

Wow! It’s so fast that the outside went all melty!

I’ve yet to own a vehicle that gives me the feel-goods like my old 91 chevy.

I don’t get it - please explain how Space X is a shitshow? They are the leading rocket company in the world, by a longshot, with overwhelming positive statistics in regards to launches and reliability.

For all his problems, Elon hasn’t managed to ruin SpaceX. It’s actually been incredibly successful. In fact, the only reason why we aren’t worried about the astronauts being stranded permanently is the fact that the SpaceX dragon (the one that 10 years ago everyone assumed would fly after the Starliner) has proven to

You can get the really small car experience in a HELL of a lot better small car by buying a used Fit for the price of a new Mirage.

You’re asking for journalism, which doesn’t happen here.

Right - they are holding their sales targets and things are going as planned. Launching new models and updating existing models takes a lot of investment, which they forecasted for. Seems like things are going alright at Rivian.

In fact, the automaker loses more than $32,000 on every car that rolls off the production line in Normal, Illinois, as Automotive News reports:”

Mitsubishi has been on a downward trend for a long, long time. Twenty years ago they finally had to admit to so many manufacturing defects going back even longer that I stopped caring about what they make. Now I just wait for them to send me the scammy mailer that claims I can win up to $10,000 just for coming in to

It’s a shame. Mirage was the only car left that could remind you what the 80s bargain basement econo penalty box felt like. It’s like that old joke, you know, “The food at this place is really terrible, and such small portion, too.”
