Especially mine. With the 5 speed, it was made in Japan. The American ones had issues with a supplier using substandard piston rings that lead to serious oil consumption around 200k miles (still plenty of miles). I knew a guy with a Japanese 2003 that had 400k miles and it was still no more than 1 quart every 5000

You know, I think I would pay more attention to a activists if they stayed away from paint.

I think she does inside the US, but this was in the UK.  I guess she has private small aircraft money now, but those tend to attract protestors too.

Yeah, it’s never going to be a modern performance car, but it can be made to be a pretty quick street performer, or a nice cruiser, or the like.

Likely beaten back in by the dealership. They were worse than the factory back then.

I think at 144k miles, the entire driveline will need going through as well, which is a great time to decide if it’s worth keeping stock or not. Parts are cheap on a car like this and you can go as wild as you dare with it as a result.

It’s late 70s GM. The alignment of the radio is likely better than it was for the factory one.  As for the chrome plating and the like, that would have been flaking off before it got out of  Bowling Green.

I own it.

Here’s my problem. The car seat requirement. This is going to lead to a compromise. All the recommended cars have either no backseat or are coupes which are hard to get a kid in the back for. Can you do a booster seat and a 3 year old in a Mustang? Maybe, but it’s going to be tight.

That would take some skill in a Subaru.

Depends on the way the way the law is written. DUI/DWI and an intentional ram might be in one state and not in another.

Murder 1 in pre-planned,   Murder 2 can be in the spur of the moment.  It depends on the way the law is written in the state.

Two things:

yep.

AND deep.

One of things that historians will talk about is in this statement.

It’s been far too short of a time between when I last thought of Kato Kaelin.  30 years of nothing thinking of him wasn’t enough.

It’s hard to imagine the impact this had culturally.

They tried that here too.  Nobody pays attention to them and within a week all the accident damage makes them hard to see anyway.
