My love for the kid who plays Abel has grown exponentially throughout this final season. He's just so bad that every scene he's in becomes a comedy. Of course, almost every scene without him is also a comedy…

Since they brought user grades back recently it seems to not show up for some people at times, but I don't think it's visible for anyone right now — they must be working on bugs. It was there at the top of the article when this review first dropped though.
Yeah I know what she said about Fey and Poehler and when she said it (and I also think she was overreacting a little bit). I was responding to the "how can Taylor Swift say Fey and Poehler hate on women when she actually hates on women in her songs?" point you were implying.
I deserve this.
Ha, this is literally only the second album of hers that has exactly 13 songs (the other being Fearless). Her debut had 11, Speak Now had 14, and Red had 16.
To be fair, I don't think she stands by some of the stuff she said on her earlier albums (all of which she wrote in her teens or very early 20s). There's no girl-hate at all on Red or 1989.
*looks at community grade*
*sees how high the F column is*
:(
I like both albums so my life is super duper.
Glad you're pointing out "Style" because many people I know are claiming that "Blank Space" (which is also good) is the best but I'm like "have you heard the song after it??"
It might be my favorite song of the year. It's so good.
And Gangsta Boo's verse on that song is enough to make monocles pop out.
It makes me angry when people forget you during "who's your favorite gimmick commenter?" discussions.
And Tommy Wiseau knows crazy.
I bet Jenn Wasner loves this album too though.
Just wait until you get to her podracing episodes!
But will The AV Club review it or skip it like they did with the first album??? Tune in to find out!!!
WEEKLY HADDIE BRAVERMAN/SARAH RAMOS THREAD
I'm pretty sure Carrie has seen every season; she's even filled in before on weeks that Todd wasn't able to review it back when he was regularly on the beat. She most likely just meant that Drew seems to be acting like the big brother in their relationship now.
This show, and the premiere in particular, is really good at visual storytelling. It can convey so much wonder and horror through a single image or sound. That moment when Clarke opens that "authorized personal only" door and steps into a dark, seemingly endless hallway was just terrifying. Such awe and terror…
But The Vampire Diaries, for example, took a while to actually get good, so I don't know if it necessarily came out "fully-formed."
