That link is valid. It was MY research that I originally posted on another forum. Hence that I said, “my findings”. I provided the link to the database for anyone who wanted to verify and/or do additional research. I plan on looking at knife or stabbing weapon attacks later.

I can’t look at the data, but I’m guessing it suffers from similar methodology issues of other studies relying upon police self-reports to ascertain whether a shooting is justified or not, which should be flawed for obvious reasons.

They condemned in the harshest possible terms the sniper in Dallas who assassinated police officers.

 You can’t compare that movement to this. They might get violent in retaliation. Very different.
