Just like a benevolent dictator is still a dictator, benevolent sexism is not good. You’ve been told a few times it isn’t, so this actually becomes an ego centered refusal to listen.

Truly. I had to check we were on Jez and not Giz, or back at reddit. (I took a break and went over there for a bit... it’s not good, I missed the dismiss button)

Yes! I love visiting Mexico and getting fresh habanero hot sauce on the table. It’s the best of the best. I sadly, do not have a Mexican grandma to make me this, though. Can you share a recipe?

It fucking sucks, but they aren’t. I was presented with the exact same article on reddit in the feminism sub. And a ton of other BS links. It’s never by someone who actually understand science.

And men don’t hit back! See we don’t suck!

It’s a bit messed up. You can tell the poor author of the article knew it was going to be jumped all over and took special pains in the discussion portion to clarify the aims and concerns with this study. On pg 3 it even states that of the stats read incorrectly it seem to indicate women are equally abusive, when that

It means the same in non reciprocal but that cohort is the one that is less likely to escalate and have injuries occur.

That’s exactly it, if you have to go big brand, go for Cho. There’s better smaller ones but as far as it being in most supermarket (not guaranteed in Canada, sadly) it’s the winner.

I like a mild hickory flavour (like old school bbq chips or hickory sticks) but in general smokiness is not my fave. Chipotle in particular is a turn off. My chipotle issues limit my choices greatly these days.

Thank you for sharing an actual article. From a brief review, remember that perpetrate doesn’t mean initiate it means participated in, and that women are injured more frequently, but the shocking (and important) fact is that women participate in IPV more than expected and significantly more in non reciprocal events.

I like the original, habanero hot, but the green habanero is excellent too. It’s a weird one, because I’ve only ever seen it in Belize, but it’s only every restaurant table there. I think you like things a tad hotter than I do, so you may want to try the very hot, or the extreme ones. Didn’t like the tropical ones,

Like Winona did?

You talk about a population level trend and people are just dying to remind you of the exceptions.

Have you tried Mary Sharp’s? El Yucateco was my fave too, until I had Mary’s.

Jesus. I love when people get offended at someone being mildly irritated.

I’m very willing to be proven wrong, but chipotle flavors will not win me over. I hate that smokey shiza.

the .gif is what made me chuckle. its aknowledging hes being sleazy, makes it tongue in cheek. Also tmk masshole be gaaaaaaaaaaay. So his creep isn’t aimed at me or other ladies.

This is my pet peeve as well. You need a flavor, not just heat and vinegar.

Tabasco? The OG and mildly less shitty brother of Franks? No thanks. Unless this tastes completely unlike Tobasco, I’m passing.

It is condescending. It’s called benevolent sexism if you want to explore the topic a bit more.
