The BMI uses your height, weight and assumes a certain average body morphology. It is the assumption of the average body morphology that can make the BMI wildly inaccurate. 

Scales that measures percent body fat through electrical conductivity in the body is readily available. If you can step on a scale to get your weight, you should easily be able to get you percent body fat. You don’t need to get your height as required for the BMI.

Technically speaking, it would fly at very high altitude where the air is cooler, the engine is more efficient, the air thinner and the missile can fly faster. It would then dip down to low altitude (probably not tree-top level, but rather a few hundred feet, with the technology available then) before entering the Sovi…

You have to understand the mindset at the time.

In this day and age, how difficult is it to get a percent body fat value? Granted, it may not be accurate, but it is orders of magnitude more accurate and meaningful than a BMI.

Doesn’t it depend a lot on the type of essay you are writing? An entertaining essay is given more lee way than a persuasive or informative essay.
