Well, I was close:

IIRC this Family Guy bit was another one of their "take something from the internet without crediting anyone" gags; the user who originally uploaded his own gameplay video they used found out and was like, what?!

Needs some THUNDERBIRDS ARE NOW's JUSTAMUSTACHE.

That album by The Benjamins had some… WONDERFUL… pop songs.

Definitely agree, their drumming always seemed to get overlooked but they were rhythmically really, really interesting from the start.

Sounds like you're one of ten or fifteen people that might be interested in this piece I wrote about the album a few years back: http://www.modernsuperior.c…

The Last Boy Scout is the perfect hangover action-flick, imo. It served me well for years, where I'd watch it damn-near every weekend. It's loud and violent and funny in all the right ways, but not so annoying that it'll wreck havok on your headache. It's the perfect sink-into-the-couch-and-turn-the-brain-off movie to

Christmas Evil isn't "fun" or "schlocky," it's practically the Taxi Driver of evil Santa films - and it's actually kind of brilliant.

Say what you want about JAWS & F13th games, but they're attempting to take those properties and make something that at least tries to capture the essence of the film properties that they were based on.

Agreed - this and the JAWS game from LJN were both attempting to do something different, and for that I have to give props. While both games aren't entirely successful, they're leagues ahead of some bargain-basement side-scrollers that got dumped onto the system. These games at least are attempting to create a mood of

God, it's such a spectacular record, eh? Not a bad song on there.

Endlessly watchable - and re-watchable. "Funny, funny, funny!" indeed.

That is a phenomenal concept.

Touchstone were awful for that, look for other VHS/DVD covers from them and I guarantee you'll find many of them over-utilizing one-word exclamations - the most often I would see being "FUNNY!" or "HILARIOUS!" ( http://www.gstatic.com/tv/t… ) on comedies.

You're absolutely correct - my apologies. Not sure why it felt that way when I perused it earlier - probably the Bonus Disc thing.

Join Us and The Else are definitely a little bit over-represented on this Power Hour, in my opinion. They're not terrible or awful by any stretch, but specifically Join Us I was never totally sold on, while everyone was saying it was a "their best since…" record upon release (something I have found myself saying with

For me, I'd have to say Hopeless Bleak Despair is the song I return to on that record more and more.

Agreed - I understand the love for the album but have always found it over-long and over-stuffed a bit (even by TMBG standards!)

Apparently it ain't murder on your folk career to make a rock record with the Disappeared after all!
